Examination Of Application
(1) The Chief Name Registration Officer shall hold necessary inquiry into any applications and accompanying evidence received pursuant to Rule 31, and may, while holding such inquiry pursuant to Sub-rule (1), seek any matter or other evidence from the applicants.
(2) Where, while holding inquiry pursuant to Sub-rule (1), it appears that the Electoral Rolls omit any name, the Chief Name Registration Officer shall include the name and others details of applicant in the temporary Electoral Rolls.
